The domain is x in [1;+oo)

Explanation:

The domain is maximum subset of RR for which expression is defined. In this case the limitation of a domain is, that the expression under square root sign must be greater than or equal to zero (the square root of a negative number is not a real number).

So in this case we get:

x-1>=0

x>=1
