Explanation:

A vertical asymptote of this function would be all points which lead to dicision by zero and need to be excluded from the domain. In this case, x=6.

Hence the domain is all real numbers except 6.

ie, Dom_f=RR-{6}. This is also apparent from the graph of the function.
