Range: y>0.

Explanation:

The only value that you cannot substitute into y=2/x^2 is x=0, so the domain is all reals except 0. Domain: x in RR, x ne 0.

The range of y=2/x^2 is y>0. Since we're squaring x we will only get positive values and it's not possible to get 0 when the numerator is a constant 2.
