#y=(x-5)(x+6)(11)#

Explanation:

When factorising, you want to take out anything that you can find in both parts of the equation ie in #(x-5)(x+6)^2# and #(x-5)^2(x+6)#

Hopefully, you will notice that there is one #x-5# and one #x+6# in both parts

Therefore, you can "take" them out
#y=(x-5)(x+6)(x+6-(x-5))#
#y=(x-5)(x+6)(x+6-x+5)#
#y=(x-5)(x+6)(11)#
