Solve the equeation of second degree

$y^{2} - 6 y + 9 = 0$ $y^2-6y+9=0$ . You will obtain 2 roots of this equation, lets say $a_{1}$ $a_1$ and $a_{2}$ $a_2$ ...so the factorization will be $(y - a_{1}) (y - a_{2})$ $(y-a_1)(y-a_2)$

Second Method. (A little bit more complicated dependeing of given equation. In this case it's easy)

Complete the square

$y^{2} - 6 y + 9 = {(y - 3)}^{2} = (y - 3) (y - 3)$ $y^2-6y+9=(y-3)^2=(y-3)(y-3)$

Its obvious that prior values $a_{1}$ $a_1$ and $a_{2}$ $a_2$ are both equal to 3
