How, you ask
$sqrt(24)/sqrt(3) = sqrt(24/3)$
$= sqrt(8)$
$= sqrt(2xx4)$

Note that : $2xx4 = 8$

$= sqrt(2)xxsqrt(4)$
YES: $sqrt(2xx4) = sqrt(2)xxsqrt(4)$
$=> sqrt(2)xx2$
$=> 2sqrt(2)$
