If you know how to find the subject and the predicate in a regular sentence, you can flip the question into a regular sentence then find the subject and predicate.
Explanation:
For example, Is ned is angry ?
Put it into a regular sentence, Ned is angry .
The italicized is the subject and the bolded is the predicate.
