And the temperature and ambient pressure are recorded. Typically, for vacuum distillation, the pressure is reported in "mm Hg". When the "normal boiling point" is reported, the ambient pressure is 1*atm. Sometimes you can find tables, sometimes useful, that extrapolate the boiling point recorded at one pressure to the boiling point you would observe at a different pressure.
