Right ascension and declination are co ordinates used in astronomy.
They are marked in celestial sphere.
Explanation:
Parallel to Earths equator celestial equator is marked..Declination is marked as zero at celestial equator and in degrees , minutes and seconds to south and north.\
Right Ascension is marked zero at first point of AriesVernal equinox) and is marked in hours, minutes and seconds.
First point of Aries is the intersection of Celestial equator and ecliptic.
