Dogs are warm blooded animals and do not need to control temperature.
Explanation:
Dogs have a thermoregulation mechanism which is common to all warm blooded animals.
However unlike human beings they do no have sweat glands all over the body. So,when they are particularly warm they let their tongues hang out and sweat it out. They also sweat through their paws.
