The New Deal is a set of reforms that led to the creation of many programs(AAA, NRA,CCC etc) They consisted in more state intervention. The AAA(Agricultural Adjustment Administration introduced by the Agricultural Adjustment Act) was made of regulations of the farming sector.
The National Recovery Administration was created thanks to the National Recovery Act, it regulated the industry. The Civilian Conservation Corps employed young bachelors to serve in the building of infrastructures. Great infrastructures were indeed massively built just like the Tennessee Valley Authority which built electric dam.
