Put parenthesis around the # 2+5# This way the addition must be done before the multiplication

Explanation:

# 4 - 3/2^2 + 3 xx 2 + 5 = 4 - 3 /2^2 + 6 + 5 = 4 -3/2^2 +11#

# 4 - 3/2^2 + 3 xx (2+5) = 4 -3/2^2 + 3 xx10 = 4-3/2^ +30 #

# 30 > 11 # so adding the parenthesis around the 2+5 increases the value of the expression.

( Note there are also probably other ways of adding parenthesis to increase the value but this way works. )
