Ever do the grocery shopping? Of course you have....

Explanation:

About #20*kg# is as much as you can comfortably tote back from the supermarket/green grocer, and so let us say that you have this starting mass. Now if you were to measure the mass of the groceries, and the packaging, and compare it to the mass of the food, and the packaging you throw away...you would get a mass of #20*kg#. In other words MASS is conserved, as it is in ALL chemical reactions.
