I'd say decomposition reaction.

In a decomposition reaction, a substance splits into smaller molecules.

So here, we got the reaction:

$H_2SO_3(aq)->H_2O(l)+SO_2(g)$

And so, the bigger molecule $(H_2SO_3)$ is split into two smaller molecules, water $(H_2O)$ and sulfur dioxide $(SO_2)$ .
