The simplest process is to just expand the expression, and then plot the points.

Explanation:

This is a quadratic, so the vertex will be the minimum (at x= -1, y = 4). A vertical asymptote does not exist.
f(x) = 5(x^2 + 2x + 1) + 4
f(x) = 5x^2 + 10x +9
