Given t is a real number and (3/5, 4/5) is the point on the unit circle that corresponds to t, how do you find exact value of remaining trigonometric functions?

Use the unit circle definitions. They are exactly the set-up you have here:
Given t is a real number and (x, y) is the point on the unit circle that corresponds to t,

sint=y, so for this question, sint = 4/5

The definition continues:

cost=x, so for this question, cost = 3/5

tant = y/x so for this question, tant = (4/5)/(3/5) = 4/5 * 5/3 = 4/3

And so on.

(Yes, it really is just that. Don't make it more difficult.)
