Well, "boiling" is the opposite process to "condensation"......

"Liquid "stackrel("Boiling")rarr" Vapour";

"Vapour "stackrel("Condensation")rarr" Liquid".

Explanation:

And a posh word for "boiling" is "ebullition" (the study of boiling point, and its use in analysis is called "ebullioscopy").

And, "melting" is the opposite process to "freezing"......

And the transition solid to gas is "sublimation"....

"Solid" stackrel("sublimation")rarr" Gas"

"Gas" stackrel("deposition")rarr" Solid"

When a solid material is collected after sublimation (and deposition), the material (usually very pure) is called the "sublimate".
