Yes.

Explanation:

Lymph that is colourless watery fluid originates from the interstitial fluid present in the lymphatic system.

It contains lymphocytes that are specialized white blood cells. And it contains fluid from intestine which means that lymph also contain proteins and fats absorbed from intestine. However, it's composition especially its protein content would vary depending upon which tissue it penetrates.
