Unless we know the sizes of the pictures we cannot say who did the most colouring

Explanation:

#1/4>1/6# so if the pictures are the same size Brendan coloured more than Dana.
But if Dana's picture was say 200#cm^2# then Dana coloured #1/6 of 200# which is 33.4#cm^2#
And if Brendan's picture is 100#cm^2# then he coloured #1/4of 100# which is 25#cm^2#
