Well, there is "cobalt(II) oxide", CoO....."cobaltous oxide"

Explanation:

And "cobalt(III) oxide", Co_2O_3....."cobaltic oxide".

And a mixed oxidation state oxide exists, Co_3O_4 (note that I simply added the given formulae together, "cobalt(II,III) oxide").
