Hyperbole is extreme exaggeration, so anything that we finish with should be some sort of over-the-top statement that highlights how powerful he is. Since there is a reference to his being a truck driver, we can end the sentence with something comparing him to the truck. For instance:
"...he had "Hemi" tattooed on is forehead"
and I'm sure you can come up with your own example (or three!) that is far better and more clever.
