In a circle, the length of an arc is a portion of the circumference.
For example, an arc measure of 60^@ is 1/6 of the circle (360^@). So the length of that arc will be 1/6 of the circumference.

=> arc length = 2*pi*r*((Theta)/360)

Given arc length AB=10 cm, and radius =4 cm

=> 10=2*pi*4*(Theta/360)

=> Theta=(10*360)/(2*pi*4)=143^@ (to the nearest degree)
