There are 150 pounds of Candy Corn and 350 pounds of Candy Pumpkins.

Let x be the number of pounds of candy corn
then $500-x$ is the number of pounds of candy pumpkins.

Then, mass of candy corn = $0.35timesx = 0.35x$
The mass of candy pumpkin = $(500-x)times0.4 = (500-x)0.4$

$0.35x+(500-x)times0.4=192.50$

$0.35x+200-0.4x=192.50$

$7.5=0.05x$

$x=150$

Therefore, there are 150 pounds of Candy Corn and 350 pounds of Candy Pumpkins.
