No Nucleus means No DNA.
then without the DNA the cell can not replicate themselves as they lack the instructions to do so.

- it provides more space for haemoglobin which results in more transportation of oxygen.
- it results in the bi-Concave shape of the cell which tends to help in Diffusion.
