... on what you mean by "people who are part of Socratic".

For example, we have about 100,000 people who have created accounts on Socratic, but the vast majority never answered a question.

So if you take the number of accounts to mean people who are part of Socratic, then you can say that more than 90% never posted an answer, i.e. 90% only asked questions.

Out of the remaining 10%, the vast majority posted fewer than 100 answers and only about 500 contributors posted more than 100 answers.

These are rough numbers, but it's safe to say that most of the people who have accounts on Socratic stick to asking questions.
