Such a triangle can’t for the following reason.

#a = 9, b = 8, hatA = pi/24, hatB = (13pi)/24#

Side a is greater than side b, but #hatA < hatB#. This is against the basic concept of larger angle will have larger side opposite to it.

Hence such a triangle can’t.
