New coordinates are

A’ ((7),(20)), B’ ((1),(-1)), C’ ((19),(2))

Explanation:

A (5,8), B(3,1), C(9,2)

Dilated around D(4,2) by a factor of 3.

vec(AD) = 3 * vec(AB)

A’ = 3A - 2D = 3((5),(8)) - 2((4),(2)) = ((15),(24)) - ((8),(4)) = ((7),(20))

B’ = 3B - 2D = 3((3),(1)) - 2((4),(2)) = ((9),(3)) - ((8),(4)) = ((1),(-1))

C’ = 3C - 2D = 3((9),(2)) - 2((4),(2)) = ((27),(6)) - ((8),(4)) = ((19),(2))
