Since the area of the rectangle is given by:

#Area=side_1*side_2#

you can solve the equation:

#235.2=2.8*side_2#

Then

#side_2=235.2/2.8=84#

To get the perimeter you can sum the sides and multiply by 2:

#Perimeter=(side_1+side_2)*2#
