The new endpoints are (2, -5) and (-7, -1)

Explanation:

Just move each point to the opposite quadrant. The point (-2, 5) which is at the 2nd quadrant , move it to the 4th quadrant (2, -5). The other point (7, 1) , at the opposite 3rd quadrant at (-7, -1).
