Slope of first line #m = (y_2-y_1) / (x_2 - x_1)#

#m = (3-2)/(1-6) = -1/5#

Since both the lines are parallel, slopes are equal.

Therefore slope of second line is also #= m = -(1/5)#

Equation of second line is
