A 35 degree C sample of a fixed amount of ideal gas occupies 420 mL at a pressure of 1.25atm. What will the volume be at a pressure of 0.900 atm ? Note: The temperature remains constant

p*V="constant", all other things remaining equal.
(p=pressure, V=volume).

So we get:

p_1*V_1=p_2*V_2->

1.25*420=0.900*V_2->

V_2=(1.25*420)/0.900~~583mL
