It goes up. Remember 'up' means less acidic.

Explanation:

If you dilute a strong acid to 10 times its volume the pH will go up by 1 point.

With a weak acid it's a bit more complicated. The pH will still go up, but less than 1 point per 10x, as more of the acid will dissociate in the dilute solution.
