$θ_{r e d}$ $theta_(red)$ should be greater than angle $θ_{b l u e}$ $theta_(blue)$ - see below.

Explanation:

We know for the grating that:

$d sin θ = n λ$ $d sin theta = n lambda$ , see below for meaning of terms in this equation.

For constant slit width $d$ $d$ and looking just at the first maximum at $n = 1$ $n = 1$ , we see that for angle $θ$ $theta$ to normal:

$θ = arcsin (\frac{λ}{d})$ $theta = arcsin( lambda/d)$

If we use the following wavelengths, ie $λ$ $lambda$ 's, as being indicative:

$λ_{r e d} = 650 n m$ $lambda_(red) = 650 nm$
$λ_{b l u e} = 475 n m$ $lambda_(blue) = 475 nm$

.... then it follows that angle $θ_{r e d}$ $theta_(red)$ should be greater than angle $θ_{b l u e}$ $theta_(blue)$ .
