I assume you mean lethal alleles - traits that will kill if an organism inherits it.

Whether an allele is lethal or harmless, it's genetic inheritance pattern remains the same (concept-wise):

  • Dominance indicates a characteristic to "show itself" when only one allele is present.
  • Recessive requires another of the same allele to "show itself".

With that said, if an organism inherits a dominant allele, it will die from that trait. If the allele was recessive, it would need two copies of the allele for it to take effect. Otherwise, it is a carrier (has only one copy).

In the case of determining the ratio, we would need to know the genotypes of the parents. If I were to do all of them, this answer would be too long.
