As of now, there is no cure either for being HIV+ nor for full-blown AIDS, though a cocktail of drugs known as ART (short for anti-retroviral therapy) administered to HIV+ patients keeps the virus load to a minimum and allows the immune system to function.
Of course, a positive outlook will always help improve one's sense of well-being and immunological capablility, but, in the case of AIDS, not to the point of curing it.
