Polar, the molecule isn't symmetrical.

In fact, this shape is likely something that isn't included in the VSEPR structure you have learned.

As you can see, the geometry is of 109.5 degrees and it is not symmetrical. Note that they aren't symmetrical as the VSEPR theory states that electrons want to try to repel one another as much as possible!
