Generally in plant cells lysosomal activities are carried out by spherosomes, vacuoles, and aleurone grains which together are known as plant lysosomes.

Explanation:

Scientists regard spherosomes as lysosomes because they are single membrane bound organelles containing more than one hydrolytic enzyme. Spherosomes are also sites of lipid synthesis.

Recently scientists have proposed the concept of including most vacuolar components of the cells in lysosomes.
The lysosomes change the nature of their enzyme contents at different times in the same cell. They also play multiple roles in the synthetic processes of the cell.
