#4log2 + 2log3#

#log8 = log(2^3) = 3log2#

#log(18) = log(9 xx 2) = log9 + log2#

#log(9) = log(3^2) = 2log3#

Putting this together, we have:

#log8 + log18 = 2log3 + log2 + 3log2 = 4log2 + 2log3#

This is as good as we can get it.
