Explanation:

Let the volume of $10%$ acid be $=x$ cc

Then, the volume of $4%$ acid is $(150-x)$ cc

Then,

$x*10+(150-x)*4=150*6$

$10x+600-4x=900$

$6x=900-600=300$

$x=50$ cc

and

$150-x=100$ cc
