The name of the compound should be written as
"ethyl " "4-aminobenzoate" and its structure should be

H_2N-C_6H_4-COOC_2H_5 Here the NH_2 group is attached in the benzene ring at the 4 or para position with respect to ethylcarboxylate group.

When HCl is reacted with the compound an acid base reaction occurs with NH_2 group and HCl forming hydrochloride salt of the compound.
