That's Fe^(4+)! It is probably a typo.

Explanation:

The sulfate ion is SO_4^(2-). There is a "ferrous sulfate, "FeSO_4", and a ferric sulfate, " Fe_2(SO_4)_3. Fe(IV+) salts would be rare.
