Initial distance between the buggies $=160-25=135cm$
Distance travelled by Buggy A in this time interval $=14.55t cm$
Distance travelled by Buggy B in the same time interval $=39.27t cm$
Total distance travelled by both $=$ Initial distance.
$:.14.55t+39.27t=135$
$=>53.54t=135$
Solving for $t$
$t~~2.5s$
Distance moved by Buggy A in this time $=14.55t~~36.7cm$

Along the meter stick the collision occurs at
