Is "molarity" the same thing a "solubility"?

No, solubility and molarity are two different properties.

Explanation:

Molarity is a measure of concentration, i.e. "Number of moles"/"Volume of solution". Its units are thus mol*L^-1.

Solubility is typically defined as the ability of a substance (gas, liquid, or solid) to dissolve in a solvent (typically a liquid).

It can thus have diverse units:

"Amount of solute"/"Volume of solution", i.e. mol*L^-1, g*L^-1, mg*L^-1="ppm"

A "saturated solution" is a solution whose concentration is equal to the concentration it would have if the solution were in equilibrium with undissolved solute.
