What are extremophiles?

These bacteria are extreme types of bacteria and usually are within the domain of Archae.

Explanation:

For example, in a microbiology laboratory where research is being conducted, after an experiment all dishes has to be autoclaved. Generally, the temperature in the autoclave is set to the 121°C since it is thought that even extremophites (Archae) are going to die at that temperature.
Other bacteria, die within 100°C. And bacteria that we drink with water are not so dangerous. Our immune system has adopted to them. Although, there could be some "stomach flue" due to the bacteria but there is no need for concern regarding that if you have "strong" enough immune system.
