Explanation:
Georgia revived its Cotton Plantations post Civil War but they started to create Textile Mills near to the Plantations to mill the cotton into cloth. It wasn't till the late 1870s that this started to have an effect.
Georgia also spent much time in industrializing which it had started during the Civil War to make up for inability to access the Northern factories.
