One mole of any gas under STP (standard temperature and pressure) conditions occupies 22.4 liters

Explanation:

To convert volume to moles for a gas at STP conditions (0 degrees celcius (273 K) and 1 atmosphere (273 Torr = mm of Hg))
Divide the volume in liters by 22.4.

Example: 200ml = .2 liters/22.4 moles per liter = .00893 moles.
