You just have to learn them. There is no easy way:

#H_2SO_4# sulfuric
#HNO_3# nitric
#HCl# hydrochloric

These are the important strong acids that you will come across.

I'll put in the ions they contain if that helps:

#2H^+ + SO_4^(2-)#

#H^++NO_3^-#

#H^+ + Cl^-#

Note what they all have in common?

They all produce #H^+# ions which is a useful definition of an acid.
