Let the unknown value be $x$

Then

$16/100xx x =192$

Multiply both sides by $color(blue)(100/16)$ to get $x$ on its own

$color(brown)(16/100color(blue)(xx100/16) xx x= 192 color(blue)(xx 100/16))$

But $16/100xx100/16 -> 16/16xx100/100 = 1xx 1 =1$ giving

$x=(192xx100)/16= 1200$
