You can't get 50% saline solution!
Explanation:
Saline solution is a solution of sodium chloride in water, and at 20 degrees C the largest amount of sodium chloride that will dissolve in water is just over 26% w/w. If the water is heated up to 100 degrees C, then you can dissolve just over 28% w/w.
It is not possible to create a saline solution containing 50% w/w sodium chloride.
