One - See tables of sine chart. In this against #37^@# you get #0',6',12',24',30',36',.....#. For #34'# pick #30'# and you get #0.6088#. Now add numbers given under #4'#, which is #9# and you get #sin37^@34'=0.6097#

Two - As one degree is #60# minutes, #34'=34/60=17/30=0.5667# and #37^@34'=37.5667^@#.

Now use degrees in scientific calculator to get #sin37.5667^@=0.60968~=0.6097#
